Helen says 'We never compromise on our service and spend a lot of time with ladies to make sure they are happy with their purchase - to me, if a lady comes in to be fitted and is putting her trust in us with such a personal service, she should not feel rushed or hurried.

We receive many cards, e-mails and lovely letters from ladies, saying thank you and what a lovely time they have had, and above all, what a real difference having a correctly fitting bra has made to the way their clothes fit, how they themselves feel and how much more confidence it has given them - and that's great for us, because we feel we've done our job properly too!'
